1)NO payment = NO order,so we'll only send in your order after your payment
2)Order forms are to be emailed to us @ kgeneration96@gmail.com
3)Cancellations or changes can be made before we send you a confirmation email.After that,they will be rejected.
4)After the goods are sold,they are strictly non-refundable/non-exchangeable.
5)Please purchase only if you are willing to wait,waiting time is 2-3 weeks,subject to delays.
6)In the unlikely event of our supplier going MIA,we will refund only 50% of the goods purchased.
7)100% refunds are only applicable if the item purchased is Out Of Stock.In such cases,we will notify you ASAP.
8)K-Generation96 will not be held liable for damages to goods upon delivery.
9)Meet-ups(only at MRT stations) and postage delivery are available -Meet up is only FREE at:
Pasir Ris,Tanah Merah and stations,Bedok MRT,Parkway Parade,Temasek Junior College(weekdays 2011 onwards).
10)Free Meet ups are available ONLY AT THE ABOVE MENTIONED PLACES AND THERE WILL BE A SERVICE CHARGE OF $3. Postage will be charged accordingly.
11)Meet ups are to our convenience.Please be understanding as we are still schooling(:
12)Pictures may differ from actual product.
13)Please be punctual when meeting up.A 5 min grace period will be given and a 15 min grace period during rainy days.After that,you will be charged $1 for every minute late.
14)Please do not call us, we only accept SMSes.
